Custom Messages & Translated The App

Currently, there aren't controls in Easy Shipping Restrictions to allow merchants to set custom status messages and prompts.

Requesting Custom Phrases or Translations

However, we can sub in custom messages for you. Below are the five (5) default phrases that can be changed in Easy Shipping Restrictions. To get these changed, please contact Easy Shipping Restrictions Support with the list of phrases/translations you would like, along with your Shopify site's URL.

  • Start Message - Check if we ship/deliver to your address
  • Check Button - Check
  • Field Placeholder - Your ZIP/Postal Code
  • Success Message - You are within our shipping/delivery zones
  • Failure Message - Shipping is not available for your address.

Caveats & Gotchas

  • Try to aim for roughly the same length otherwise it might disrupt the layout of your cart.
  • Simple HTML is possible, such as links or italics or bolding. If you wish to include links in your phrases, please include the URLs you would like to send users along with what piece of text you would like the link to be attached to.
  • There is some turn around time for this type of change. If you wish to make use of custom phrases or translation, please give Easy Shipping Restrictions at least 24hrs to put this in place.
