Checkout Button Not Visible

You installed Easy Shipping Restrictions and can no longer see the checkout button. This is typically caused by two potential issues…

  1. Your browser's cache isn't loading in all of Easy Shipping Restrictions required JavaScript.
    • This is can be remedied by either clearing your browser's cache or trying a different browser that you typically don't use to view your Shopify site.
  2. Your Shopify theme isn't integrating well with the Easy Shipping Restrictions App.
    • This is less common but does occur. Easy Shipping Restrictions works by latching onto your cart page's (or AJAX drawer) checkout button. Typically, these buttons are programmed 1 of 3 ways, Easy Shipping Restrictions latches onto each of these three methods.
    • If a theme author didn't use the standardized methods for checkout buttons, Easy Shipping Restrictions can have a hard time rendering its postal code prompt. In cases like these, please reach out to Easy Shipping Restrictions support and we can make a small adjustment in the app to ensure your shop can use the App.
